Todd will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his children, Diamond Gem Smith, Celine Heflin, Dylan McFalls, parents, Charles and Phyllis Smith, sister, Monique Nicole Lott, daughter-in-law, Indacia West, grandchildren, Harmony Weingarth, Justice Weingarth, Lina Diaz.
