Thomas William Mackenzie III, aged 56, passed away on January 4, 2025, in Daytona Beach, FL. after a short and fierce fight with cancer. Born on October 3, 1968, Tom was known for his kindness and generosity, always ready to lend a hand or an ear to those around him.
A graduate of John I Leonard High School, Tom was a man of many talents and interests. He was particularly skilled with his hands, capable of fixing and building almost anything which made him the go-to person for family and friends. His love for the outdoors was evident through his enjoyment of camping, fishing, and kayaking. Tom also cherished his weekend trips to Disney, creating memorable experiences with his loved ones.
Tom is survived by his mother, Regina Mackenzie; daughter, Abigaile Mackenzie; ex-wife, Marra Pranikoff-Mackenzie; niece, Shelby Paolilli; nephews, Andrew Paolilli and Kyle Mackenzie. His presence will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.
The viewing will be held on Friday, January 17, from 6-8 PM at Tillman Funeral Home, located at 2170 S Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33415.
The Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, January 18, at 12 PM at St. Luke Catholic Church, 2892 S Congress Ave, Palm Springs, FL 33461.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to any Cancer Charity of your choice, honoring Tom's compassionate spirit.
