Richard L. Panko

Richard L. Panko, age 80, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away on April 4, 2025. Richard was born in Phoenix, Arizona to the late Marguerite and Harry Panko on November 5, 1944. He was a Veteran of The US Navy. Richard worked as an engineer with IBM for over 35 years. 

Richard was predeceased by his brother, William Panko. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Kathleen M. Panko; his daughter, Alicia (Eric) Legg; grandchildren, Matthew Legg, Ashley Legg and Jacob Legg; sister, Cynthia (Robert) Yurecka; brother-in-law, Roger Schuster and sisters-in-law, Cheri (Steve) Warne and Eleanor Penyak. Richard will also be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and countless friends who will miss him dearly.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated by the Rev. Michael Cairnes at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at The Cathedral of St. Ignatius Loyola in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Following Mass, there will be a reception at the church. Following the reception, Richard will be laid to rest with Military Honors at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery in Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
