Michael R. Hazzard

Michael R. Hazzard, of Lantana, Florida, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2019 at the age of 70. Michael was born on April 4, 1949 to the late, William and Jeannine Hazzard in Los Angeles, California. He was predeceased by brother, Patrick Hazzard. Michael will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his wife of 52 years, Susan Hazzard; children, Thomas Hazzard (Marianne) and Kathleen Pientka (Greg); grandchildren, Kyle Pientka, Emma Pientka, Jonathan Hazzard, and Joshua Hazzard; sisters, Diane ImSande, Sharon Greer, and Noreen Remsen; brother, Christopher Hazzard.

The Memorial Gathering will be held Thursday, May 30, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place 12:00 PM on Friday, May 31, 2019 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 345 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida, celebrant, Rev, Antony Pulikal, OCD. Inurnment will follow the Mass at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery, 10941 Southern Boulevard, Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
