Mary Fogleman Largue, 89, of East Hill, Pensacola, Florida passed away peacefully on November 20, 2018. Mary was born in Birmingham, Alabama on March 23, 1929, one of eleven children. She relocated to Pensacola and was radiology technician at Baptist Hospital for over 30 years. Mary was an active member of Trinity Presbyterian Church participating in many mission trips with her friends and family. She married James Edward Largue (who predeceased her in death in 2007) in 1970. James and Mary were active members of the Krewe of Lafitte. After retirement from Baptist Hospital, Mary moved to West Palm Beach where she was a member of Grace Fellowship Church. Mary was deeply loved by her family and will be remembered for her indomitable spirit, strong will, and contagious smile. She was predeceased in death by her loving husband James E. Largue; sisters, Virginia (Sis), Annie, Jean, and Polly; brothers, James and William “Bud”; son, William Alexander; and grandaughter, Brandi Tewes. Mary is survived by her sons; James Alexander, Edmond Alexander and Walter Alexander (Lisa); daughters, Leah Franko (Danny) and Cathy Hennessey (Bill); grandchildren, Amy Martz (Michael), Brad Alexander, David Alexander, Jody Franko, Ashley Hennessey, Cameron Hennessey, Molly Hennessey and Wesley Hennessey; great-grandchildren, Trey Tewes, Douglas Tewes and Myla Martz.
A memorial Service officiated by Dr. Hugh Hamilton will be held 10:00 AM Saturday December 1st, 2018 at the Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel, 2276 Airport Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32504. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to faithministry.org or trustbridgefoundation.org.
