Marion P. Thompson

Marion (Nina) Thompson (August 29, 1928 - September 29, 2018, 90 yrs old) of Greenacres, Fla. died peacefully in her home surrounded by her daughters.  Nina was predeceased by her husband, Gardner Thompson and her two sisters Eleanor Braica and Louise Germano.

Nina is survived by her four daughters Tracy Viola, of Springfield, Mass, Tiffany Converse (Tony Converse) of Freeport, Maine, Jenifer Rosenthal (Jon Rosenthal) of Jupiter, Florida and Melisa Walker (Dan Walker) of Freeport, Maine. She is survived also by her eight grandchildren, Stephen Viola (Heather Viola), Nicolas Viola, Gardner and Aaron Converse, Josephine and Sam Kanarek, and Louis and Harry Walker. She is also survived by her nephew Ralph Germano of Jupiter and her brother in law, Billy Braica of Agawam, Mass.

The family would like to express deep gratitude to her caregivers Michelle Braham, Janice Alers and Aurea DeSouza. Also deep gratitude to TrustBridge Hospice and all the nurses and aids that helped with Nina’s journey. We are forever grateful to them.

Nina’s services will be held up north at a later date but the family will be hosting a small reception at her house on Monday, October 1st at 10 - 11:30am at 517 C1 Shady Pine Way, Greenacres.
