Margaret Augusta Lorenzen

With great sorrow, we announce the passing of Margaret Augusta Lorenzen.

Margaret or “Midge” (as she was called) passed away peacefully on 

March 21, 2020 at the Charles W. Gerstenberg Hospice Center in 

West Palm Beach, Florida.  She had reached the glorious age of 

97 years, 10 months, and 20 days. 

Born in New Rochelle, New York to parents Anna M (Restmeyer) and 

William H Lorenzen, Margaret grew up in a loving home with three brothers: Henry, Ernest and Frederick and sister Frieda who was known as “Bebe” her entire life. Midge is the last member of her family to join the others in eternal rest.

Midge is also predeceased by her lifelong friend and loving companion 

Florence H Young who died on December, 15th, 2009.

Surviving is her sister-in-law of 68 years, Marie (Mrs Frederick) Lorenzen, a cousin, William DeAlleume, 5 nephews, 4 nieces and their families….

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic Visitation is restricted; 

family members only, and Interment will be private.
