Linda Marie Reyburn, of Boynton Beach, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at the age of 78. Linda was born on December 13, 1941 to Wilbur Olaf Martins and Mary Rose Martins in The Bronx, New York. She was predeceased by her sister, Marjorie DeSalvo and both of her parents. Linda will be lovingly remembered by her five daughters, Noreen Moresco, Caryl (Jerry) Holthouse, Joanne (Mick) Bergstrom, Lauri (Judy) Castello, Deborah (Scott) Castello; grandchildren, Kayla, Nicole, Jacob, Kadavy, and Yuna.
Linda worked for the National Enquirer/American Media for most of her working years where she established lifelong friendships. In retirement, she volunteered with the Palm Beach County Library System in the Library Literacy Friends program where she served as vice president.
She enjoyed her Tuesday night trivia group at Bru’s Room, watching Jeopardy!, cheering on the Dolphins, baking her famous banana bread, Stromboli, Italian Sausage and Peppers, and peanut butter chocolate chip monster cookies. Linda was an avid reader and a great conversationalist. She knew no strangers, and welcomed anyone and everyone to her table.
Linda was a devoted parishioner at Saint Thomas More Catholic Church where she developed close relationships with the Circle of Friends group.
She was remarkable, outgoing, witty, selfless, and gracious with a great sense of humor and a beautiful smile. Linda will be missed dearly by many.
