Kathleen Ellen Willoughby Oenbrink

Kathy Willoughby Oenbrink, deeply loved mother and cherished friend of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida passed away July 18, 2024. Kathy is survived by her two children Raymond Joseph Oenbrink III of Evans Mills, NY and Kristina Noel Oenbrink of Marietta, GA, whom she loved with every ounce of her being. She is also survived by her siblings Bob Willoughby of Palm Beach County, Florida, Cindy Heberlein and Ken Willoughby of her home state of Michigan. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Don & Virginia Willoughby of Juno Beach FL. Kathy was the proud owner of Banbury Cross Bakery in Hobe Sound, where she poured her love of baking and catering into everything she created. She was notorious for her generosity. She gave all she could to the people she loved most or who were most in need. She shared meals with anyone needing a family for the holidays. Her collection of “guardian” angels were shared with her friends during their tough times. She had the biggest heart. Kathy’s legacy will be forever remembered by her friends and loved ones.
