James C. Robison

December 15, 1935 — February 11, 2021

James “Jim” Clifford Robison December 15th, 1935 – February 11th, 2021. Jim passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on February 11th, 2021 in West Palm Beach, Florida. Jim was born in Campbellsburg, Kentucky on December 15th, 1935 to Willie and Florine Robison. Jim was one of 10 children, including Eulif Allen, Herman “Bubby”, Beulah Marie, Robert “Jerry”, Mary Elizabeth, George Louis, Delbert Lee, Clorine Joy and Sherian. Jim grew up in Henry County Kentucky. He began working at a young age on farms and as a carpenter. At the age of nineteen he enlisted in the United States Air Force and served for four years. After being discharged from the Air Force he served as a reservist for an additional two years.

Jim moved to Florida in 1958. He met Betsy the love of his life in Lake Worth, Florida in 1960. They had two Children, Cheryl Lynette and Jeffery Todd. In October of 2020 they celebrated 60 years of marriage.

Jim was a family man; he loved his family more than himself and demonstrated it his entire life even to the very end. He loved watching his children and grandchildren grow up and was always there for them. He taught through his actions and words. He also showed his love and support by his presence. He rarely missed an event to cheer his family on.

He was very strong and feared nothing but was gentle and soft spoken. He was a humble soul who had a knack for making you feel welcomed, accepted and loved. He was wise and would share his breadth of knowledge and wisdom when asked or needed. Jim loved babies and children and did all he could to advocate for their well-being.

Jim was a follower of Jesus Christ and was not ashamed of his faith. He served the Lord and his church faithfully. He was known for his winning smile, love for others and his generosity. His home served as a temporary residence to family members, friends and those in need of a place to stay. Among many roles at his church, he was a greeter and would make a stranger feel at home. His favorite verse was John 3:16.

He was a very successful businessman who owned and operated a commercial printing business. He was well liked by his customers and employees. Jim was awarded numerous times for his work among many different organizations.

Jim is survived by his wife Betsy Robison, his daughter Cheryl White and Debi Hogarth, his son Jeff Robison and wife Lisa Robison as well as his Grandchildren; Josh White, Blake Robison, Alexander Robison, Nina Robison and great grandson Mason White.

Jim will be missed by many family and friends members who loved him dearly!
