James Michael Dugan

James Michael Dugan, age 68, of Delray Beach, Florida passed away December 12, 2019.

Mr. Dugan was a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Barbara Dugan, children, stepchildren and grandchildren, his mother, Martha Dugan, sister, Debbie and brother, Tim.

The family will receive relatives and friends 7-9 PM Monday at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.

A Committal Service with Military Honors will be held 9:30 AM Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth.

Chaplain Kim M. House will officiate.

Pleas assemble in Lane # 3 by 9:15 AM.
