Helen J. Merkel

Helen J. Merkel, age 92, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away at home on February 2, 2023. Helen was born in Saranac Lake, New York on January 9, 1931. She was predeceased by her husband, Ehud Merkel in 2011. Helen is survived by her children, Thomas (Karen Sides) Clark, William (Pamela) Clark, David (Tammy) Clark and Lyn Clark; sister, Genevieve Ardeth "Artie" (Ralph) Wiles. Helen will also be lovingly remembered by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends who will miss her dearly.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Monday, February 13, 2023 at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, West Palm Beach. A Funeral Service officiated by Rev. Jeff Orcutt will begin at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Following services at the funeral home Helen will be laid to rest with her beloved husband, Ehud at 3:00 PM at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth. Please assemble in Lane #5 by 2:45 PM if attending services at the cemetery on Monday.
