Francis J. Bowman

Francis J. Bowman, age 90, of Atlantic Beach, Florida passed away December 26, 2019 in Jacksonville, Florida.
Mr. Bowman was a U.S. Army Veteran. After serving in the Army during the Korean War, Francis attended Penn State University, where he played baseball. In addition, Francis was an avid bowler, golfer, and lifelong Phillies fan.
He was predeceased by his wife, Josephine M. Bowman, brothers, Donald and William.
He will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his children, Donald Bowman (Patricia),Dennis Bowman (Jennifer), Theresa Waterman (Douglas), Mary Bowman (Peter Poling), James Bowman (Margaret), Joseph Bowman (Theresa), nine grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 2:00 PM Monday, January 6, 2020 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, West Palm Beach.
Burial will follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery, Royal Palm Beach.
Arrangements are in the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, where the family will receive friends the morning of the Mass.
