Frances Carol Owen, of West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at the age of 82. Frances was born on February 21, 1937 to the late Luther and Margaret Williams in West Palm Beach, Florida. She was predeceased by her daughter, Leslie Irene Owen. She will be lovingly remembered by her family, including her daughter, Gina Grant; grandsons, Cory Gillespie and Chad Grant; brother, Jimmy Williams.

Private Services are in the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida.
