After a long, furious and courageous battle, we lost Donna to breast cancer.
Donna was a beautiful, intelligent, talented, funny and incredible wife, mother, mother in law, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend, devout Catholic, dog lover, team mom, cheerleader, coach, artist, baker, crafter, traveler, thrill seeker, game creator, card player, swim instructor, math, computer and 5/7th grade teacher, trainer, athlete, antique picker, colleague, mentor, GAL/Performing Arts/Dog walking volunteer and last, but not least, a member of an informal sorority of college roommates called “The Center Street Girls” who tried to meet annually.
There was nothing Donna couldn’t do or wouldn’t try. Donna made everything she touched or became involved with enriched, and we were all better for knowing her.
Described in terms of her Dad’s favorite superlative, Donna was “Fan-tas-tic”.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents. Richard Morick and Mazetta Jean Morick (m. Glaser)
Donna is survived by her husband, Mark Turner. Their children, daughter Teal Jean Turner (Ross Lockwood), their daughter Ray Jean Lockwood and grand dog, Indigo. Their son, Trea Turner (Kristen) and their sons, Beckham Dash and Tatum Trea.
She is also survived by her siblings, Richard Morick, Sandra Jean Morick (Rick), Timothy Morick (Debbie) and Jerry Morick (Jennifer).
