Daniel (Dan) Perry Boger Sr., of West Palm Beach, Florida, died in Hospice Care on 02/15/2022, in West Palm Beach, Florida. He died peacefully,of Multiple Sclerosis and Dementia. He was 67 years old.
Dan Sr. was born April 16,1954, in West Palm Beach, Florida. He graduated from Forest Hill High School in 1972 and began his career with BellSouth Telephone Company. Dan served as a lineman as well as other positions while employed with BellSouth until he retired in April 2004.
Outside of work, he volunteered his time with the Boy scouts of America where he assisted in many hikes and camping trips. He loved the outdoors and camping, especially at Ichetucknee springs, and always enjoyed floating down the river and swimming in the springs. He also liked to travel, and of his travels, he enjoyed Alaska the most. He also loved fishing and tinkering / fixing many things even if they were not broken. Dan was a great and loving family man who loved spending time with his beloved family and friends.
Daniel is survived by his wife, Barbara Ann Gordon Boger of West Palm Beach, Florida; his son: Daniel Perry Boger Jr, his wife Elisha Bambilina Boger of West Palm Beach, Florida his brothers, James Boger Jr., wife Rita Boger of West Palm Beach, Florida and Sam Boger, wife Michelle Boger of Georgia and Sisters Carol Boger-Doyle of Georgia; and Cindy Boger Gryzenia, husband Dennis Gryzenia of Georgia; Sister In-Law Rhonda Gordon Miller of West Palm Beach, Florida. Dan is also survived by many, Nieces and Nephews whom he loved dearly. Dan is perceived in death by his loving mother Elizabeth (Betty) Louise Thurman Boger and father James A. Boger.
Celebration of Life will be held at Journey Church in Lake Worth, FL on February 26, 2022 at 10:30 am.
