Charles was a U.S. Navy Veteran.

He was predeceased by his son Justin Sia.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Carolyn Sia, daughters, Jennifer Sia, Rachel Pederson, four grandchildren, brother, James Sia, sisters, Edna, Marianne, Helen.

Private cremation services are in the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida.
