Age 68 of West Palm Beach passed away on Monday, March 17, 2008 in West Palm Beach, FL. Chuck is survived by his loving wife Josephine, children, Robert Wayne Sims, Connie Lee Sims, Bryan Kelly Sims, Joe Sims, Thomas Malic and Rina Hooper, M.D. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Charles on Monday, March 24, 2008 at 10:00 AM at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. The family will receive friends at Tillman Funeral Home, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach on Saturday, March 22nd from 6-9:00 PM. Interment of ashes at South Florida V.A. National Cemetery will take place on Friday, March, 28th, 2008 at 10:30 AM with Military Honors.
