Dr. William L. Harman

Dr. William L. Harman of West Palm Beach, Florida on May 31, 2008 in his 78th year. Dr. Harman was a well known optometrist on Belvedere Road in West Palm Beach for 40 years, and was a 1954 graduate of Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. He will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his wife of 56 years, Barbara C. Harman, three children, James Harman of Defuniak Springs, Dr. Paul Harman of Tallahassee, Nancy Blackburn of Boynton Beach, and six grandchildren. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th from 5-7:00 PM at TILLMAN FUNERAL HOME, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach. Interment will be held in Tennile, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to: Jog Road Baptist Church, 855 Jog Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33415 or Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Ave; West Palm Beach, FL 33407.
