Norma Strickland

NORMA L. STRICKLAND Age 77, of Lake Worth was united with her heavenly Father on Saturday, June 21st, 2008. She was the loving wife of 60 years to Marshall and devoted mother to Pam (Jim) Ponce, Dennis Marshall Strickland, Jr. and Elaine (Darrell) Sager. She was deeply loved by her 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and sister Lois Walker. She was a faithful servant at First Church of the Nazarene in Lake Worth. Norma was predeceased in death by her parents, Daniel and Juanita and her brother, Daniel Derringer. A service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th at 10:00 AM at TILLMAN FUNERAL HOME, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach with Reverend Preston Ponce officiating. Interment will be held at Pinecrest Cemetery in Lake Worth. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Monday (today) June 23rd. Her family honors and cherishes the sacrifice she gave of herself to the care of her husband and son during their extended illness’.
