Grace Fitzpatrick of Greenacres, Florida passed away on November 14, 2008 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Alfred, loving mother of David, Joseph and Charles, mother-in-law of Linda and Denee, dear sister of Tom, Joseph, Larry, Gene and Patrick, cherished grandmother of Joseph,Jr.,Gina,Marlo, Michael, Aaron and Jennifer , great-grandmother of Taylor, Lindsey, Rachel, Sarah, Jack, Fletcher, David and Kayla. A Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:00 AM on Monday, November 17, 2008 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 345 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach with Reverend Gavin Badway celebrant. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Tillman Funeral Home, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach where prayers will be said at 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers donations to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33407 would be appreciated.
