Walter Phillip Large “Walt” Walter Phillip Large of Royal Palm Beach, FL passed away Wednesday at the age of 84. Walter was born in Tomahawk, WI to the late Walter Roy Large and Ada E. Wagner Large. Walter is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Jewel G. Miller Large. He has two sons and one daughter: Walter Phillip Large, Jr. of Palm Springs, CA, Timothy A. Large of West Palm Beach, FL and Jennifer L. Guidoni of Jensen Beach, FL. Jennifer and her husband Joseph M. Guidoni have 4 loving grandchildren; Daniel Faust, Kelsey Faust, Luciano Guidoni and Lorenzo Guidoni. Walter has 2 sisters, Rose Bolton, Kansas City, KA and the late Constance Large Gross from Lebanon, MO. Extended family include sons Kevin P. Keating and Mark L. Pain. Walter graduated from Crocker High School in Crocker, MO and then attended Palm Beach Community College, University of Florida and Rutgers University. He is a long-standing member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in West Palm Beach, a member of 1352 Elks Lodge, West Palm Beach and the American Legion. Walter was employed 30 years with Florida Public Utilities as Service Superintendent. Retired from Seacrest Services, West Palm Beach as Senior Property Manager. Walter is a veteran of the Air Force 53rd Weather Recon Squadron (the Hurricane Hunters) and will be buried with military honors.
