Gilberto Jimenez

Mr. Gilberto Jimenez, 73, West Palm Beach, passed away Friday, April 16, 2010 at JFK Medical Center following a brief illness. Mr. Jimenez was born December 22, 1936 in Quebradillas, Puerto Rico to the late Agustin & Eliza (Perez)Jimenez and he moved to the West Palm Beach in 1993 from New York. Mr. Jimenez was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. Gilberto is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Luz (Laureano) Jimenez; sons, Gilbert Jimenez of New York, New York and Angelo (Elizabeth) Jimenez of Wellington; daughters, Rosa (Jorge) Zamora of West Palm Beach, Aida (Daniel) Rivero of Boca Raton, Linda (Armando) Urriola of Germany, Dolores Jimenez of West Palm Beach, brothers; Jimmy Jimenez of New Jersey and Angel Luis Jimenez of Puerto Rico; sister, Carmen Hilda Jimenez of Puerto Rico; 27 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial for Mr. Jimenez will be celebrated 1:00 pm Monday, April 19, 2010 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church (345 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach) with Father Jaime Dorado as celebrant. Interment will follow at Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery. Visitation for Mr. Jimenez will be Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Services entrusted to Tillman Funeral Home, West Palm Beach, Florida.
