Agnes Theme of Boca Raton, Florida, suddenly on March 12, 2009 in her 43rd year. Beloved daughter of Lidia, loving mother of Sebastian and Daniel. A memorial service will take place at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at the funeral home with Reverend Aidan Lacy officiating.
