Thelma Thorn Broxson

Mrs. Thelma Thorn Broxson, 83, West Palm Beach, passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at her son's home following a brief illness. Mrs. Broxson was born December 1, 1926 in New Harmony, Florida to the late James M. & Jeffie (Spears) Thorn. Mrs. Broxson was a life long resident of Florida. Thelma is predeceased by her loving husband Avery Broxson in 1984. Mrs. Broxson is survived by her loving children, Ricky (Mickey) Broxson of West Palm Beach, Florida; Terry Broxson of West Palm Beach, Florida; Randolph Broxson of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida; Sandra (Mike) Hayes of Panama City, Florida and Debbie (Allen) Bramlett of Mary Esther, Florida; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services for Mrs. Broxson will be held 11:00 am Monday, March 8, 2010 in the Chapel of McLaughlin Funeral Home, 17 SE Chestnut Avenue, Ft. Walton Beach, Florida (850)244-5163. Interment will follow at Brooks Cemetery in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. Visitation for family and friends will be Sunday 6:00 - 8:00 pm at McLaughlin Funeral Home.
