David "Dave" Crooks

Mr. David "Dave" Crooks, 52, Lake Worth, passed away Thursday, July 1, 2010 at Wellington Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. Mr. Crooks was born September 25, 1957 in New Brunswick, Canada to the late William & Clara (Lamb) Crooks. Mr. Crooks moved to the Lake Worth area in 1972 from Syracuse, New York. Dave was the owner of Dave Crooks Masonry in West Palm Beach. The family thanks Rachel Collier for the past 11 years and Dr. Salvatore Senzatimore. Dave is survived by his son, Jason (Erin) Crooks of West Palm Beach; daughter, Jayna Lee Crooks of Lake Worth; brother, Brad (Paula) Crooks of Port St. Lucie; sister, Cheryl (Allen) LeBeau of Palm Coast; granddaughter, Taylor Leigh Crooks; mother-in-law, Lynda Taylor of Lake Worth; mother of his children, Dixie Taylor. Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home, West Palm Beach.
