Albert G. Springer

Albert G. Springer, 92, of Lake Worth, Florida passed away Sunday, May 15, 2011 at JFK Medical Center following a brief illness. Mr. Springer was born July 1, 1918 in Newark, New Jersey and moved to the Lake Worth area in 1984 from New Jersey. He was a proud Army veteran of World War II. He is predeceased by his loving wife of 47 years, Marjorie Mae Springer. Al is survived by his friend, companion and beloved wife of 69 years, Rosanna (Kelly) Springer of Lake Worth, Florida; son, Howard Springer; daughter Tracy Christianson; step-daughter, Patricia (Roy) Kowalski of Morris Plains, New Jersey; 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Graveside services for Al will be held 10:45 AM Friday, May 20, 2011 at South Florida National Cemetery with military honors by the United States Army. Arrangements are under the care by Tillman Funeral Home, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida.
