Carolyn H. Chapman

Mrs. Carolyn H. Chapman, 86, Lake Worth, passed away June 6, 2011 following a brief illness. Mrs. Chapman was born October 30, 1924 in Delray Beach, Florida to the late William Edward & Mary Gertrude Crocker and a life long resident of Palm Beach County. She is predeceased by her loving husband Billy G. Chapman, five sisters and a brother. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Lake Worth and a retired registered nurse. Mrs. Chapman is survived by her loving daughters, Stephanie Chapman of West Palm Beach and Penny Tears of Lake Worth; brother, Gerald Crocker of Palm Springs; granddaughter, Lindsey Tears of Lake Worth. A Memorial Service for Mrs. Chapman will be held 3:00 pm Saturday, June 18, 2011 at Tillman Funeral Home, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach with Pastor Brent Myers of First Baptist Church of Lake Worth officiting. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33407 in memory of Carolyn.
