John D. Larison

Age 63, of Wellington, passed away on Friday, November 19, 2010. Mr. Larison was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on September 15, 1947 and moved to Palm Beach County ten years later. Following in his father’s footsteps, John (as well as his son and brother) became well known auctioneers in the tri-county area. Mr. Larison was the owner of Auction Liquidators in West Palm Beach for 28 years. John is survived by his wife of 43 years, Judy A. Larison; son, John D. (Tracey) Larison, Jr.; daughter, Kimberly Ann (Brett) Cheney; three grandchildren, Kiefer, Kaylee & Hailey; brother, Cecil Larison; sisters, Loretta Hishon and Kitty Larison; He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. A funeral service for John will take place at 8:00 PM on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at Tillman Funeral Home, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6:00 PM until service time. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33407.
