Arkie R. Clark

Arkie R. Clark, 74, West Palm Beach, passed away Monday, December 20, 2010 following a brief illness. Arkie was born October 27, 1936 in Buckhannon, West Virginia to the late Paul & Hazel (Phillips) Clark and he moved to the West Palm Beach area in 1977 from Jacksonville, Florida. Arkie is a member of Grace Fellowship Church of West Palm Beach. He is a proud veteran of the United States Navy. Arkie is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Priscilla (Sadler) Clark; son, Robert (Celia) Clark; daughters, Sara Carroll and Becky (Jeff) Deal; brothers, Russell Clark, James Clark and Donald Clark; sister, Patty Burke; grandchildren, Jake, Will, Avery, Alexa, Summer and Noah. Funeral services for Arkie will be held 1:00 pm Thursday, December 23, 2010 at Tillman Funeral Home with Pastor Frank Ingram, Jr., officiating. Interment will follow with military honors at South Florida National Cemetery at 2:30 pm. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to Grace Fellowship Church of West Palm Beach or the American Heart Association. Service under the care of Tillman Funeral Home, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida.
