Ray Allen Waite

Ray Allen Waite, 78, passed away Tuesday March 29, 2011 at his Lake Worth home following a brief illness. Mr. Waite was born December 9, 1932 in Sandy Ridge, Pennsylvania to the late Walter Grove & Marietta (Sharpless) Waite and moved to the West Palm Beach in 1958 from Tyrone, Pennsylvania. He was a proud United States Marine Corps veteran and a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church. He is survived by his loving wife Joan (Pusker) Waite of Lake Worth; sons, Michael (Ruth) Waite of Lake Worth; Mark (Cara) Waite of Panama City, Florida; Jeffrey (Linda) Waite of West Palm Beach and Ronald Waite of Maryville, Tennessee; daughter, Heather (Steve) Berosik of West Palm Beach; brother, James Waite of Tyone, Pennsylvania; sister, Nancy Beckwith of Joliet, Illinois; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. A Memorial Mass will be offered 11 AM Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at. St. Matthew Catholic Church, Lake Worth, the Rev. Raymond Hubert celebrant. Inurnment with military honors will take place at 1:30 PM Tuesday at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth.
