Oscar is survived by his loving mother, Margie DelCarmen Cabas; father, Oscar Raul Serrano; brother, Luis P. Serrano; maternal grandmother, Carmen E. Ochoa de Cabas. A Celebration of Life for Oscar will be 11:00 am Saturday, August 20, 2011 in the Chapel of Tillman Funeral Home, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida.
