Mr. Victor Dean Cline, Sr., 72, West Palm Beach passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at JFK Medical Center following a brief illness. Dean was born January 20, 1939 in Elk View, West Virginia to the late Arthur & Jessie Belle (Jones) Cline and moved to the West Palm Beach area in 1958 from West Virginia. Dean is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Lorene (Welch) Cline of West Palm Beach; son, Victor (Marlene) Cline Jr. of Chiefland, Florida; daughters, Debra Sue Cline and Dianna Lynn Cline both of West Palm Beach; brothers, Denver Cline and Burton Cline both of Melbourne, Florida; 3 grandchildren, Victor Cline, Vanise Olysse and Jacquline Cline. Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home, West Palm Beach, Florida.
