Betty Mae Ostry

Mrs. Betty M. Ostry, 85, Lake Worth passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2011 following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Ostry was born May 13, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Andrew & Sophia (Radius) Persenaire. Betty is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Frank Ostry of Lake Worth, Florida; sons, David DeRuiter and Richard (Emma) DeRuiter both of Lake Worth, Florida; daughters, Sophie DeRuiter of Yelm, Washington and Betsy DeRuiter of Lake Worth, Florida; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Ostry will be held 11:00 am Saturday, September 17, 2011 in the Chapel of Tillman Funeral Home with her son Richard DeRuiter and Pastor Henry Stanke officiating. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Cemetery in Lake Worth, Florida. Visitation for family and friends will be Friday evening 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
