Stanley George Grant

Mr. Stanley George Grant, 81, passed away Thursday, September 29, 2011 at his West Palm Beach home following a brief illness. Mr. Grant was born September 12, 1930 in St. Andrew, Jamaica, West Indies to the late Lester & Mary (Richards) Grant and he moved to the West Palm Beach area in 1990 from New Jersey. Mr. Grant is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Beatrice (Walker) Grant of West Palm Beach; son, Joseph (Geraldine) Grant of London, England; daughters, Pauline (Orville) James of London, England; Angela (Clifton) Smith of West Palm Beach; Joy (Mark) Grant of London, England; Carol (Patrick) Scott of West Palm Beach; sons, Keith (Daisy) Davidson of Miami, Florida and Stephen Donaldson of Edison, New Jersey; sisters, Vindel Meadows of Palm Bay, Florida and Laurel Campbell of Brooklyn, New York; 26 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services for Mr. Grant will be held 11:00 am Friday, October 7, 2011 in the Chapel of Tillman Funeral Home. Visitation for family and friends will be Friday from 10:00 am until service time. Interment will follow at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens, West Palm Beach, Florida.
