Age 68, of West Palm Beach, passed away on October 22, 2011. Mr. Davis was predeceased by his son, Jack Davis, Jr. in 2002. He is survived by his wife, Jan Y. Davis; daughters, Jacqueline Davis, Lisa Weise and Shannon Collaro; grandchildren, Crystal Garza, Kelly Weise, Nicholas Collaro and Emily Davis; three great gandchildren; sister, Zandra Davis Cook. A Memorial Service for Mr. Davis will take place at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at Belvedere Baptist Church, 301 Cherry Road, West Palm Beach with Dr. Ray Henry officiating.
