Juanita Dermott Hill went to be with her Lord on November 17, 2012 at the age of 92. Born March 6, 1920 in Fitzgerald, GA, then moving to Lake Worth in 1923 just prior to her 4th birthday. She and her late husband of 50 years (Jim Hill) moved to Loxahatchee in 1975. She is survived by two daughters, Shirley Hill and Debbie Hill Beyer, brother Alvah Dermott, sister Helen Dermott Dickey, 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 6 sisters-in-law, 2 brothers-in-law and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Juanita was a 1939 Lake Worth High School graduate and member of the Troquedette Marching Team. She has been a member of First Baptist Church of Lake Worth since the age of 4 and is the oldest original member. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at First Baptist Church, 127 South M Street, Lake Worth on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 11 AM. Pastor Brent Myers and Pastor Dana Beyer will officiate. She will be interned next to her husband of 50 years at Pinecrest Cemetery in Lake Worth. The family will receive friends after 10 AM Tuesday at the church.
