Addison; daughter, Dawn Youhana; grandchildren, Austin, Carlee, Alexis and Joey; brother, Gary Sokol; sister, Sandy Alvarez. Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, West Palm Beach.
