Happel, loving father of Richard Jr., and Patricia, dear brother of Diane, cherished grandfather of Richard III and Kristen. Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach. Inurnment will take place at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, Long Island, New York.
