John E. (J.E.) Phillips, Jr.

Age 75, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away May 30, 2013. Mr. Phillips was an area resident since 1963, having come from Birmingham, Alabama. He taught and coached at Palm Beach Public School for 35 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his wife of 53 years, Ann W. Phillips, his children, John Phillips (Sherry) and Steven Phillips (Mary), his grandchildren, Johanna Phillips, Wade Phillips, Jacqueline Phillips and Luke Phillips, his brother, Gene Phillips and his sister, Annette Tubbs. The family will receive friends 5-8 PM Monday, June 3, 2013 at TILLMAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach. Further services and interment will be held in Bessemer, Alabama. Memorial gifts may be sent to: Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33407.
