Age 85, of West Palm Beach, passed away on June 8, 2013. Mr. Wells was born in Dominican Republic on April 15, 1928. He is survived by his wife, Belgica Wells; son, Julio A. (Olga) Wells; grandchildren, Janet (Leo) Mondragon and Julio (Jacqueline) Wells; brothers, Victor & Gustavo Wells; sister, Violeta Ledesma. The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida 33415.
