Age 73, of Lake Worth, passed away on June 14, 2013 in West Palm Beach, Florida. Mr. Richards was born in Cleveland, Ohio on March 14, 1940. He was a veteran of The US Navy. Mr. Richards is survived by his daughter, Carol L. Rarric. He will also be lovingly remembered by his fiancé, Donna Jean Allen. Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, West Palm Beach.
