JR (James) Kulesa

Kulesa, JR (James) Age 51, of Loxahatchee, Florida on September 13, 2013. Devoted father of David Kulesa, dearest son of Thaddeus and the late Esther Kulesa, brother of Thaddeus (Judith) Kulesa, beloved brother of Janet Kulesa. Uncle to Lauren (Monte) Gzym, Christopher (Jordan) Kulesa and Jennifer (Phil) Dejesus. Also survived by many great nieces and nephews. JR was a Fleet Operations Manager for Palm Beach County for 18 years. He leaves behind many dear friends and coworkers. The family would like to thank Dr. Daniel Spitz for 9 years of care. Special thanks to Dr. Joseph Pizzolato and Dr. Ari Ciment for outstanding care this last year. In lieu of flowers the family request donations may be made in James (JR) name to Mount Sinai Comprehensive Care Center, 4306 Alton Road, Miami Beach, Florida 33140. Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
