Mrs. Dorothy Rose Elder, Sr., of Reynoldsburg, Ohio passed away December 13, 2013 at her daughter, Millicent's home in Boca Raton, Florida. Dorothy was born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 31, 1925. She is survived by her children, Millicent Elder Duvall, Frederick W. Elder, III, Dorothy Rose Elder, Jr., and Judith Pratt. Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 S. Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
