Margaret "Ginger" Hurst

MARGARET "GINGER" HURST Age 65, of West Palm Beach, passed away at Wellington Regional Medical Center on December 27, 2013. Ginger was born in Fort Myers, Florida and moved to this area as a young teenager. She enjoyed gardening in her yard and was a devoted wife and mother to her four sons. Ginger was predeceased by her father, James Frederick Burdette; two sisters, Elizabeth Carolyn Merritt and Shirley Ann Avera. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Carl Hurst; sons, Carl Williams Hurst, Jr., Paul Frederick Hurst, David Lee Hurst and Shannon Lee (Rose) Hurst; granddaughters, Lauren McGarvey, Kayla McGarvey and Mackenzie Hurst; mother, Lillian Pearl Hinds; sister, Lois J. Crocker; brothers, Aaron Warren Burdette and James Edward Burdette. A graveside service will take place at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Memory Gardens Memorial Park, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth with Pastor Carl Fuentes of Central Baptist Church, West Palm Beach officiating. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, West Palm Beach, Florida.
