Age 29, of Boca Raton, Florida, passed away on December 27, 2013. Dustin was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 25, 1984. He is survived by his parents, Mary and Donald Kolodz; brother, Shannon M. Kolodz; aunts, Lydia Lennertz and Darlene Kolodz; uncle, Keith Lennertz; cousins, Kyle Lennertz, Parker Lennertz, Jennifer Micek and Jeff Eagan; niece, Vivika Lugo-Kolodz. A celebration of Dustin's life will take place from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at his parent's home in Boca Raton.
