Age 95, of Lake Worth, Florida and Chicago, Illinois, passed away on December 30, 2013 in Atlantis, Florida. Mr. Perkins was predeceased by his wife, Marian C. Perkins on August 10, 2013. He is survived by his daughters, Mary F. Stratis, Barbara Kamalani and Rosemary Hynek; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. All services for Mr. Perkins will take place in Illinois under the care of Heeny-Laughlin Funeral Home, 6116 West 111th Street, Chicago Ridge, Illinois 60415.
