Age 75, of Palm Springs, Florida, passed away at home on January 31, 2014. Mrs. Harlan was born in Steubenville, Ohio on July 1, 1938. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Harlan and parents, David & Mildred Lloyd. Mrs. Harlan is survived by her son, Ronald E.T. Marlowe; daughter, Lisa M. Teets; grandchildren, Megan, Derrick, Darren and Madison. Private cremation services are under the care of Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, West Palm Beach.
