Age 76, of Lake Worth, passed away on February 8, 2014. Mr. Stephens was born in Lake Worth, Florida on June 25, 1937. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Phylis R. Stephens; children, Lee Stephens, Craig Stephens, Scott Stephens and Jeaneen Stephens; grandchildren, Melinda and Spencer; great grandchildren, David and Jamie; sister, Donis Banting. A Memorial Gathering will take place from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at Tillman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2170 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach.
