Wesley Warren Peede

Age 72, of Lantana, Florida, passed away on April 22, 2014. Mr. Peede was born in Raleigh, North Carolina on May 24, 1941. He was a member and deacon of First Baptist Church of Lantana and an avid fisherman and golfer. Mr. Peede is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jo Ann Peede; son, Joseph (Cherie) Peede; daughters, Wendy (Chris Little) Hollingsworth and Kimberly (Joel) Williams; grandchildren, Crystal, Johnathan, Wesley, Brandie, Kelsey, Zachary, Jacob and Jordan; great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jeremy and Declan; brother, Ray (Judy) Peede; sister, Cynthia (Eddie) Rollins. A funeral service will take place at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at First Baptist Church of Lantana, 1126 Lantana Road, Lantana, FL 33462 with Pastor Larry Gritton officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 AM until service time on Saturday. Mr. Peede will be laid to rest at Montlawn Memorial Park in his home town of Raleigh, North Carolina. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Baptist Church of Lantana.
